This video shows the bystander effects by, letting actors pretend to be in trouble lying on the sidewalks of a street, as many people walk by.

- The bystanders would not help until one person stepped up to help.
- Most people pretended not to notice, some would even stand and watch for a few minutes.
- The people that helped the actors basically said, that if they needed help they would want someone to stop for them.
